Guys:

In the process of paying out the winners in the Survivor Contest I was informed by the "Acceptable Use Policy" people at PayPal that collecting money for ANY type of Contest or game of chance was forbidden by the rules. I had no idea of this. I told them that ALL money was paid out that was collected but they said that anything that could be construed as gambling is not permissable. I had no idea.
The fellow who called me from PayPal was very professional and I think understood I was not trying to violate all of their rules. I explained to him that 100% of the entry fees were paid out and I didn't keep anything. However he said this was not allowed. So in the future all Contest will have to be entered with check by US Mail. You can e-mail me for my mailing address and many of you already have it.

It will still be permissable for you guys to make your annual donations to the board for my costs of running the boards, so that won't change.

Not really. AS I said he was very understanding of my position, knew I wasn't trying to break any laws and thankfully we got it worked out.
